National LGBTQ Executive Allies Forum
The Forum is designed to bring together across Australia, those who have taken on the leadership responsibility of being a visible and proactive ally to the LGBTQ community in their workplace, and to communicate, to educate and to motivate. Sapphire – LGBTQ Leadership – Perth, WA
Each year in Pride in Diversity’s AWEI employee survey, we see that gender remains the main barrier when it comes to workplace safety and career progression for the Sapphire cohort. Our data shows that LGBTQ people who are or may be perceived as women are less likely to be in leadership positions within their organisations.
