In 2021, Sapphire hosted a series of events hearing from speakers about their experiences of accessing women’s groups and programs as someone of diverse sexuality, gender or expression. This year we are continuing the conversation about moving gender equity beyond the binary, and how to make workplaces inclusive for people of all genders. During the discussion we will provide practical steps and considerations for organisations looking to further understand what gender equity looks like in the workplace, as well as hearing real stories of the impact of gender equity inclusion can have. We’ll also ask to hear from you about what you’ve seen done well, or what you think you might take back to your workplace to move the dial!
