In this session, Director Dawn Hough will explore AWEI survey responses to look at workplace attitudes towards the inclusion of trans & gender diverse employees while also looking at the lived experience of those who have responded.  There will be time throughout the session for questions and discussion.  An important area of inclusion, this session hopes to shed light on some of the current issues and concerns of trans & gender diverse individuals within your organisations.
