In 2018, Pride in Diversity and PwC co-authored “Where Are All The Women”, a research report investigating the lack of visibility of LGBTQ women in organisations. Pride in Diversity builds on this research with new data from subsequent AWEI employee surveys, and looks at some practical steps organisations can put in place to tackle this issue.
