Pride Inclusion Programs reserves the right to cancel the Train the Trainer course should minimum numbers not be met a month prior to the first session date. You will be advised of cancellation and money refunded should this occur.
We require a minimum of 10 working days’ notice be given for any training and/or consulting work cancellations. Where travel expenses have been incurred, in the event that these cannot be refunded, the member organisation will also be liable for these cost and, invoiced accordingly.
Should you need to cancel within this timeframe, please consider alternative uses (such as consultation time) for your booked time in order to avoid any cancellation penalties.
• Cancellations made more than 10 business days prior to training/consultation will not incur a penalty
• Cancellations made between 5 – 10 business days prior to training/consultation will incur a 50% penalty of training hours utilisation or 50% of agreed fee for service
• Cancellations made less than 5 business days prior to training/consultation will forfeit 100% of hours or agreed fee.
Should you wish to postpone you course to another date, please not that penalties may apply:
• Changes made more than 10 business days prior to training/consultation will not incur a penalty
• Changes made between 5 – 10 business days prior to training/consultation will incur a 25% penalty for registration to the next available course
• Changes made less than 5 business days prior to training/consultation will incur a 50% penalty for registration to the next available course
